Gysgaça beýany
Barlagyň maksady: metabolik sindromynyň (MS) bejerişinde ösümlik garyndylarynyň netijeliligini öwrenmek. Kardiologiýa ylmy-kliniki merkezli hassahananyň iç keseller bölümine düşen MS bilen 31 näsag barlanyldy. Näsaglar 2 topara bölündi. Birinji topara gipolipidemik (statinler), antigipertenziw serişdeler (angiotenzin öwürji fermentiň ingibitorlary, kalsiý antagonistler), insulinrezistentligini peseltmegi üçin serişdeler (metformin) berildi. Ikinji topara esasy bejerişe goşmaça fitogaryndy bellenildi. Esasy we fitobejerginiň bilelikde ulanmagy, bejerginiň irki döwrinde öz netijeliligini görkezýär, keseliň geçişini gowulandyrýar we ýürek-damar gaýraüzülmeleriň ösmeginiň howpuny peseldýär.
