Publication ethics
Articles published in electronic journals should not contain scientific and technical information related to state secrets and restricted access information.
Published articles should be scientific in nature. The article does not allow texts and parts of articles by other authors, while there must be links to the used scientific literature.
Taking into account the reliability of the data and the scientific significance of the peer-reviewed article, the editorial board of the journal makes a decision on the publication of the article.
Unpublished manuscripts may not be used or shared with third parties.
The editors do not allow publishing articles containing plagiarized information.
The reviewer is obliged to objectively and reasonably evaluate the article and does not discuss the article with third parties. All manuscripts are treated as confidential documents.
The author is responsible for the novelty and reliability of the presented research results. The manuscript of the same article should not be submitted to several journals.
If the author finds significant errors in the manuscript of the article, this must be reported to the editor as soon as possible.
